Booking Policy & Cancellations.

 

BOOKING

For all regular sessions a $50 non-refundable session retainer is required to book and hold the date/time for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, in extreme circumstances agreed to by client and photographer, the fee can be credited towards a future session. The remaining balance is due by the morning of your session date.

PAYMENTS

All retainer fees can be paid can be paid via PayPal or Venmo or directly through seceliabrownphotography.com. If agreed by Secelia Brown Photography for client to pay by check, checks must first clear and any uncleared check will have an additional charge of $50 to cover bank fees plus remaining balance must be paid by cash or money order immediately. Please note, check must clear prior to reserving and booking a session date.

CANCELLATIONS

Any client who does not cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of session will forfeit the $50 retainer and it will serve as a cancellation fee. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if agreed upon by photographer and client.

If Secelia Brown Photography cannot perform this contract due to casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event Secelia Brown Photography fails to perform for any other reason, Secelia Brown Photography shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.
